4x8 HO Starter #1
If you're just getting started in model railroading—or looking for something to get your kids hooked—here's a classic twice-around plan for a four-by-eight-foot table. The gray
line that cuts partway through the center is a double-sided backdrop that separates the town from the river area. The numbers next to the track indicate elevation in inches. This plan is
easily adapted to N scale, and would make a great HCD (hollow core door) layout. Gridlines are spaced 12 inches. Feel free to use, modify or reproduce this plan. If you republish it on the
Web, please link back to its source. Thanks!
